  • Sistema operativo Android 4 Ice Cream Sandwich
  • Connettività HSDPA e LTE
  • Dimensioni 129 x 65 x 10.7 mm per 120 grammi
  • Fotocamera da 13 megapixel con videorecording Full HD
  • Resistenza acqua (-1 metro x 30 minuti) e polvere
  • Schermo touchscreen capacitivo 4.3 pollici 720p HD a 16 milioni di colori
  • 1GB Ram, Memoria da 8GB espandibile via microSD
  • Processore dual core 1.5GHz
  • Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi Direct, DLNA, Wi-Fi hotspot
  • Bluetooth 4.0 con A2DP
  • GPS, microUSB e NFC
  • Videocamera VGA
  • GPU Adreno 225
  • Lettore multimediale MP4/H.263/H.264/WMV, MP3/eAAC+/WMA/WAV
  • Batteria 1750mAh

Sarà interessante scoprire il prezzo e l’uscita sul mercato italiano, vi terremo aggiornati.

Flash for Android briefly returns to Google Play Store in UK, zombie-style

Adobe was last seen burying mobile Flash and moving on with its life. Like the stars of George Romero movies, however, Flash is back to walk amongst the living -- if just temporarily. The developer tells the BBC that Flash for Android is back in the UK's Google Play Store for a short while after "strategic partners" pushed it into action, including the British broadcaster. While the link isn't explicitly confirmed, it's strongly implied that the BBC and others want a little more time to wean Android apps like iPlayer off of their Flash dependency and toward web technologies like HTML5. Adobe is quashing any hopes of a permanent revival with a disclaimer that there's no support for the download; any bugs will remain there forever. Those attached to their dearly departed plugin may still appreciate one last look before the code is once more put six feet under.

[Thanks, Kevin]

Wahoo KICKR Power Trainer lets iPhone cyclists feel the simulated burn (video)

World's First iPhone Powered Bike Trainer, the Wahoo Fitness KICKR Power Trainer Uncovered at EUROBIKE 2012

iPhone connected bike trainer modernizes stationary training by allowing full control of resistance and power threshold via your favorite iPhone cycling Apps

Atlanta, Ga. – August 31, 2012 – Wahoo Fitness, the leader in iPhone powered cycling, running and fitness, unveils the Wahoo Fitness KICKR Power Trainer at EUROBIKE 2012. The KICKR Power Trainer is the world's first iPhone powered bike trainer, allowing cyclist and triathletes to set resistance, accurately measure power and complete App based workouts, all from their iPhone. The KICKR Power Trainer is being demoed this week at EUROBIKE 2012 and will be available in the U.S this November.

Using Bluetooth 4.0 and ANT+ technology, the KICKR Power Trainer connects to the iPhone, allowing full resistance control during your training session. While pedaling, users can increase or decrease resistance, structure interval workouts or even simulate real world bike courses all from their smart phone. Resistance adjustments are instant, making it easy to replicate everything from a flat or rolling hill course, to the coast down a hill after a hard climb. With a wheel off design and super flywheel, the iPhone connected bike trainer is engineered to produce an ultra-realistic road feel, equivalent to the inertia of an actual rider on the road. A direct power measurement at the hub provides consistent and lab accurate power readings for every grueling mile.

"Cyclist and triathletes will be blown away by the feel of the KICKR," says Chip Hawkins, CEO of Wahoo Fitness. "We spent a ton of time engineering the feel, fine tuning it for the most realistic ride we've ever experienced on an indoor bike trainer. With the wheel off design there is no need for calibration; the power is consistent and accurate every single time. The electronic resistance is driven by your iPhone or tablet during a ride, you can go from hammering up a 15% grade to coasting downhill, instantaneously."

Wahoo Fitness has fully integrated the iPhone into all aspects of cycling fitness. With Wahoo's Blue SC Speed Cadence sensor for iPhone, the Blue HR Heart Rate Monitor for iPhone and the KICKR bike trainer, Wahoo users can now track and power their cycling with their iPhone on the road, the trail and the trainer. Wahoo Fitness' iPhone cycling system allows users to monitor all the vitals including power, speed, cadence, heart rate, pace, distance, location, course and more.

Wahoo Fitness KICKR Power Trainer features include:

- Adjust resistance via iPhone for structured rides or simulate real world courses using top cycling Apps including TrainerRoad and Kinomap Trainer.
- Wheel off design allows direct power measurement at the hub, providing the most accurate and consistent power measurement throughout every mile
- In ride adjustments simulate across all intensities from coasting downhill to cranking up a 15% grade (600-2000 watt resistance)
- Ultra realistic road feel specifically engineered to simulate the inertia of an actual rider on the road
- Measure power (wattage), and speed all using your favorite iPhone cycling App or favorite ANT+ bike computer
- ANT+ and Bluetooth 4.0 compatible
- Quiet – tested to be one of the quietest trainers on the market

Sources claim Sharp’s production of iPhone screens delayed

Not even a full moon cycle has passed since Sharp's president, Takashi Okuda, trumpeted the fact that his firm was one of the chosen few selected to provide screens for the new iPhone. Now, according to Reuters the troubled company has slipped behind on production, with The Wall Street Journal going as far to say mass production hasn't started at all. The nearest thing to a reason given for the situation is "manufacturing difficulties." If you were worried this might delay the reveal of Apple's next flagship, the WSJ also reminds us that Sharp is still one of three suppliers, though it's unclear just how big a slice of the production-pie Okuda's brigade has been given. At the very least, those one the production line can likely enjoy some much appreciated over time.

Creative D5 Air Airplay speaker hits IFA, readies itself for a late-September release

There's nothing quite like a behind closed doors briefing at a busy tradeshow like IFA. Creative wasn't quite ready to take its new D5 Air out onto the showroom floor just yet, but the company did let us take a sneak peak at the thing in a small testing room room. As the name implies, this sound bar is an AirPlay speaker, so you can use it with devices that utilize Apple's proprietary streaming technology. We got a quick demo of the thing via an iPhone, and it sounded nice and loud.

The player has a small, square screen on the front that is "visible from any part of the room," according to the company, so you can sit on your couch and still see what's going on, while controlling it via your Apple device or the included remote control. Aesthetically, the single speaker system looks like exactly what you'd expect from Creative, all black, with the vast majority of the rectangle monopolize by mesh and shiny plastic ends on either side. There's also a black line with illuminated white dots that runs down its center, up to the iPhone / iPod dock on its top.

The D5 Air has a bass port built into the back and is constructed from a monocoque exoskeleton to help minimize vibration. It'll run you $399 when it starts shipping at the end of September.

Samsung Smart TV with Google TV on display at IFA 2012, ships ‘later this year’

It wasn't a part of Samsung's IFA 2012 press conference, but Samsung is showing off Google TV hardware for the first time since CES 2011 (pictured above), and will release a Smart TV with Google TV later this year. According to its press release and a blog post by the Google TV team, it will "enhance the Smart TV experience" with premium content from its Samsung Apps services. How exactly it will be merged we should see soon, but now that ARM chips are powering a cheaper, more conventionally built experience we figure whatever hung up the deal has been squashed. We should get an eye on it if it's anywhere on the show floor soon, as well as the Google TV box from Hisense, and Sony's NSZ-GS7 which already launched in the US and UK, but is coming to Germany, France and the Netherlands soon.
